    Kierran Pearce is walking to all 18 Essex SEND schools, raising mony and awareness of special schools. Today, he arrived at Oak VIew School for breakfast and  was greeted by pupils.

  • School assembly - St George

    Today's assembly was about St George and the dragon, where pupils acted out the parts. We will be celebrating St George's Day and May Day on Friday 3rd May with a street party, with food and drink. All families are welcome to join us.

    New outdoor gym equipment arrived and was installed over the Easter holidays. It is very popular with pupils and teachers are finding ways to incorporate in lessons.

    Easter events included the Easter Bonnet Parade for lower school, Easter service on Friday, with Rev Chris, with music and story read by the pupils. Thank you to Haslers, who gave chocolate eggs to all the pupils.

  • Oak View's Got Talent

    Two performances of Oak View's Got Talent were sold out last Friday. Every class put on a performance with over 100 pupils taking part. This is a major achievement for our pupils who are having new experiences - performing to an audience, being in a busy, noisy hall, having a their routines changed. building self-esteem. Pupils and parents loved the day.

  • Friday 19th 1:30 - leavers assembly and last assembly of the year. Also, opportunity to say goodbye to Di Ryan, head, who is leaving at the end of term.
