    We had a very successful carol servie of Friday with parents, pupils, staff and other guests, includng Rev Chris who gave a talk about Christmas. Pupils did good readings and sang and signed along with the carols.

  • Signing Choir at St Mary's

    Pupils from Oak View School sang and signat St Mary's church, Loughton on Thursday. There was a large audience of  other schools and we are very proud of how our pupils behaved and sang and signed in such a new situation.

    We feel it is very important for the pupils at Oak View to have a voice. Oak View listens to pupils to find out what they want and need from the school and what they need to learn. For a lot of pupils, we have to be creative, to find ways our pupils can express themselves.

    A charity Peppa Pig walk was held in the school field. This included a 'muddy puddle' where the pupils got very wet!

    Oak View celebrated May Day with a street party with cakes and a May pole. The pupils loved the May pole and country dancing.

  • Pancake Races

    Pupils were very excited by the Middle School pancake race. Pupils ran in class teams and nobody can remember who the winners were, but everyone joined in and had a great time.

  • Oak Class Assembly

    Oak Class gave an assembly about Pancake Day. The pupils gave a demonstration on how to make pancakes and finished with pupils from all classes attempting to toss pancakes.
