    Today's assembly was about St George and the dragon, where pupils acted out the parts. We will be celebrating St George's Day and May Day on Friday 3rd May with a street party, with food and drink. All families are welcome to join us.

    Easter events included the Easter Bonnet Parade for lower school, Easter service on Friday, with Rev Chris, with music and story read by the pupils. Thank you to Haslers, who gave chocolate eggs to all the pupils.

  • Oak View's Got Talent

    Two performances of Oak View's Got Talent were sold out last Friday. Every class put on a performance with over 100 pupils taking part. This is a major achievement for our pupils who are having new experiences - performing to an audience, being in a busy, noisy hall, having a their routines changed. building self-esteem. Pupils and parents loved the day.

    Down Syndrome Day was very successful, with a cake sale (thanks to all who donated cakes), cake raffle; pupils, parents and staff in odd socks and an odd socks tree.

    A very exciting and successful red Nose Day. Raised £319 so far, sold 50 t-shirts to pupils, parents and staff. Well done to Orange Class who made and sold the t-shirts

  • Pupils learning about opticians

    Visit from opticians to try out eye-test equipment, this gives pupils a fun experience in a safe environment. so that if they visit an optician, the equipment will be familiar.

    Optician used 3D test pictures with special glasses and other equipment.

  • Willow Class visit to Wicked

    Willow class pupils saw a performance of Wicked in London. teh trip, including the travel, was a great success with pupils having new experiences - dark theatre, lights, music, crowds. They all loved the show and sat throughout.
