    Pupils from different classes joined in with International Earth Day with different activities. Here, pupils are learning about the environment by looking at their local community and clearing up lots of paper rubbish.

    Wondersful Easter bonnet parade in the hall today, wih songs and activities and of course all the bonnets. We are very proud of the pupils, many of whom have progressed greatly this year and are now able to attend events in the hall - some they could not do 6 months ago.

    Willow class go to GROW community every Wednesday, learning horticultural skills Pyrles Lane. These visits are mentioned in the local Guardian and Loughton Magazine, read more here - (they report us as being Oakfields!)

  • Zones of Regulation

    We are really pleased to announce that The Zones of Regulation Programme is now in place in lower, middle and upper school classrooms!

    The zones are used by teachers to help pupils recognise and understand their feelings, this will lead to pupil expressing or regulating their feelings rather than reacting to them.
