    Wondersful Easter bonnet parade in the hall today, wih songs and activities and of course all the bonnets. We are very proud of the pupils, many of whom have progressed greatly this year and are now able to attend events in the hall - some they could not do 6 months ago.

    We are really pleased to announce that The Zones of Regulation Programme is now in place in lower, middle and upper school classrooms!

    The zones are used by teachers to help pupils recognise and understand their feelings, this will lead to pupil expressing or regulating their feelings rather than reacting to them.

    We are so proud of Claire Moore - one of Oak View Teachers who was awarded the Essex Specialist Teacher of the Year. We are all very proud of Claire and her skills. She is the most generous person in sharing her knowledge and understanding of learning with parents, other schools, staff and pupils to ensure that the learning of all pupils is the best it can be.'
