Autism Hub

Oak View School are proud of their contribution to the development of Autism hubs at Millward Primary School and Passemores.

Oak View School are proud of their contribution to the development of Autism hubs at Millward Primary School and Passemores. This was an ESSET initiative to support the inclusion agenda led by Oak View in the West of Essex. We look forward to continuing to work with our mainstream colleagues to further support provision for pupils within the Autism spectrum.

A massive thank you to parents, families, staff and neighbours who supported our Music event in July at which we raised over £3000 which will go towards the development of our forest area. There will be  wheelchair access and a covered outside learning  area. This will enrich the curriculum for all our children and young people.

We are looking forward to the new term which starts for pupils on Tuesday 5th September, Staff return on the 4th for an INSET day.

There will be a new Senior Leadership Team following the promotion of Mr Silver.  We welcome Graham Sandberg and Mark Terrell  as Assistant Heads of Oak View. Claire Moore will also be joining the leadership team in her capacity of supporting the Autism hubs in mainstream schools at Milward and Passemores.

Please see that letter from the Head Teacher (Summer 2017) in the documents section for more information on achievements for 2016/17 and plans for 2017/18.
