Bakery - work experience

The enterprise for this year is Oak View Bakery. Pupils have been making and selling bread.

Pupils follow istructions (verbal, written or symbols), gather the ingredients, measure out, knead the dough and bake the bread. They also deal with the orders and payements. At the start of the enterprise, pupils learnt skills, did market research, advertisingand planned for resources. They learnt about the job or baking.
