Sensory Integration

Sensory integration is supported by Jumpstart and Claire Pemrick. We understand how important sensory needs are to our pupils.

This supports pupils with their sensory regulation and helps them to become calm and ready to work. It also develops function living skills.

Pupils work with Claire and her team or follow an individual programme that has been devised by the team.

We have a dedicated sensory integration room and also use other equipment around the school.

See https://www.sensoryintegration.org.uk/What-is-SI for more information about SI.
